This study is to determine the effect of corporate social responsibility by PT. Bank DKI Medan Branch on the reputation or image of the company. Data collection by questionnaire. The research population is customers and the community around the company. The population are 50 respondents using a simple linear regression analysis method. The result of the research is that the corporate social responsibility program has an influence on the reputation or image of PT. Bank DKI Medan Branch. The community around the company considers that the company cares enough about the surrounding environment so that the company's presence in the public eye is considered very useful and has good attention so that the company's reputation or image becomes better in the eyes of the public. PT. Bank DKI Medan Branch has carried out CSR programs well. It can be seen from the questionnaire distributed to 50 respondents. On average, respondents answered Strongly Agree or Agree with the statements made. And based on data analysis using a simple linear regression method, it can be said that there is an influence between the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility on the Image or Reputation of PT. Bank DKI Medan Branch with a significant less than 5% or 0.05.
