PENGARUH KOMPENSASI TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS PEGAWAI HONORER RUMAH SAKIT UMUM DAERAH (RSUD) SIDIKALANG

This research was conducted at Rumah Sakit Umum Derah (RSUD) Sidikalang. With the purpose to determine the effect of compensation on the productivity of honorary employees.
Data collection techniques used by distributing the questionnaire, to the sample research of 52 people. Data analysis used is quantitative analysis with simple linear regression method.
Based on the result of the research, it is obtained partially that the productivity of honorary employees of Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Sidikalang is influenced by compensation, this is proved by partial test (t test) with t value 2, 145> t table 2,009 with significance (Sig) 0,037 <0.05. The value of determination coefficient (R Square) is 0,084 or 8,4% which means employee productivity influenced by compensation variable equal to 8,4% which mean influence of compensation to productivity of employee Honorer of Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Sidikalang is low and the rest 91,6% influenced by other variable that is not examined in this research. The results of this study indicate that compensation has a positive but not significant effect on the productivity of honorary employees of Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Sidikalang
