Abstract

Supervision is a process to ensure that all activities are carried out according to what has been planned. Through supervision, work standards or performance measures can be set and actions taken that can support the achievement of the expected results in accordance with the performance standards set by the organization. Discipline is a form of action or policy set by the leadership to direct or encourage employees to work on their own consciousness. Discipline is an attitude, behavior and action in accordance with company regulations, both written and unwritten.This research uses qualitative research with descriptive method. The type of data used is secondary data and primary data. Data collection techniques are interviews, literature study and documentation. The results of this study,  during the Covid 19 pandemic, employee discipline decreased. Employees are late when they come to work and go home before they leave work. This is due to the lack of supervision from the leadership. In addition, disciplinary sanctions are also still not applied to employees who violate regulations.
