Abstract

In an organization, the human resources terderi of leaders and employees. To realize a good work attitude of employees, required many ways that can be done by a leader of an organization, using appropriate style of leadership. Effective leadership style needed a leader to be able to improve the performance of all employees in achieving organizational goals as a public service agency. Thus the leadership style can be a good guideline in improving employee performance.
