PENGARUH KOMUNIKASI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA PT TELKOM AKSES GAHARU MEDAN

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of communication on the performance of employees at PT Telkom Akses Gaharu Medan. The research method used is a survey approach with a sample size of 83 employees. This study adopts a descriptive quantitative approach. The data collection techniques employed include interviews, questionnaires, and documentation studies. The data analysis used to test the hypothesis is simple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that communication has a partial positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at PT Telkom Akses Gaharu Medan.
