Abstract

.This research aims to examine and analyze the influence quality of employment on goods and service production activities. The focus of this research is to understand how the quality of workforce can increase productivity and final product quality. The method used in this research is the multiple linear regression analysis method, with the research object being the workforce at PT Delta Surya Energy. The research results show that the quality of labor has a significant effect on product quality, the quality of labor and the production process have a significant effect on product quality with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.85, which means that 85% of the variation in product quality is explained by these two variables, which means an increase The quality of the workforce will have a positive impact on the quality of the products produced.
