Abstract

With the ratification of PP no. 16 of 2021 concerning implementing regulations of invitation number 28 of 2002 concerning building construction, the entire building construction process is regulated centrally and measurably through a clear mechanism. This is intended to create harmonious, non-overlapping arrangements, and its implementation applies nationally. Therefore, building management needs to be regulated and developed for the sake of continuity and improvement of life and livelihoods of the community, as well as to create buildings that are functional, reliable, authentic, as well as balanced, harmonious and in harmony with their environment. Building Construction Permit (IMB) since 30 July 2021 has changed to Building Approval (PBG). This was marked by the launch of a new version of the SIMBG application by the Ministry of Public Works, where the relevant technical regional apparatus is also preparing several regional regulations to support the implementation of PBG, one of which is regarding the collection of PBG levies. With this research, we can calculate the basic green coefficient, basic building coefficient and social facilities provided as a means of supporting the housing complex. With these calculations and the requirements carried out, it is known whether Marelan VI Housing with six hundred plots of land is suitable or not for obtaining a building permit.
