KEPEMIMPINAN DAN MOTIVASI DALAM MENINGKATKAN KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT MITSI CITRA MANDIRI MEDAN

Abstract

 The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership and motivation in improving employee performance at PT Mitsi Citra Mandiri Medan. The approach in this research is a survey, with a sample size of 35 employees which is the total population. This research is descriptive quantitative. The data collection techniques used are: interviews, questionnaires and documentation studies. The results showed that leadership and motivation simultaneously and partially had a significant effect on employee performance at PT Mitsi Citra Mandiri Medan. Partially the most dominant effect is  motivation.
