This research was carried out at PURREBRA located on Jl. Guarantee Ginting No. 177 Sempajaya Village, Berastagi District, Karo Regency. The aim of this research is to find out how financial administration is managed at PURREBRA Peceren-Berastagi. Financial Management is an important science to study in the management discipline. Therefore, financial administration is very necessary for management within the agency. Financial administration is an activity related to recording, classifying, processing, storing and archiving all assets, including the rights and obligations arising therefrom, whether the assets are under the financial management of governments, foundations, with public or private legal status, bodies. State enterprises and other business entities. After conducting research in the field, the problems found in the field included financial administration management at PURREBRA with its financial reports not being managed properly in accordance with administrative management, such as frequent loss of receipts or receipts related to income and expenditure transactions. The type of research used by researchers in this case is descriptive qualitative research. According to Nugrahani (2014), qualitative research is a research method that can be used to explore and understand the meaning that comes from social or humanitarian problems. The data collected is primary data and secondary data. Data collection methods are carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The technique for checking validity is triangulation. Triangulation is a technique for checking the validity of data that uses something else. For this reason, researchers can do it by (a) Ask a variety of questions., (b) Checking with various data sources, 9c) Utilize various methods so that data trustworthiness checks can be carried out. The analysis technique in this qualitative research is Narrative Analysis. The plan is to be published in the journal OJS (Online Journal of Systems)
