Abstract

In everyday life that occurs in the world of work there are still many employees who have not been fully disciplined. The level of employee discipline can be seen from presence of employees who come to the office namely absenteeism. The application of fingerprint in improving employee performance in general is already good and level of employee attendance that is not yet effective is employee retardation. Providing sanctions for cutting employee performance make employees increasingly decline the level of delay is getting better. The purpose of this studi was to determine the application of fingerprints on employee performance. The study uses qualititative research with descriptive methods. The type of data used is secondary and primary data. Data collection techniques are interviews, library research and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the application of the fingerprint is verry effective on the performance of employees at the organization. Where after the implementation of the fingerprint every month there is a decrease in delays and the work is carriedout faster by each employee because it affects rewards in addution to the performance allowance given by the leadership.
