Abstract

The restaurant is a room or place where guests can buy and enjoy food and drinks or is a section to prepare meals and drinks for guests who need them. The restaurant not only sells food and drinks alone, the restaurant itself is known as one of the service providers for every customer / guest who come. The success of the restaurant can be measured from the level of goodness of service provided by the waiter to the guests who come.Service is very important, which with the better service provided to the guests, the more likely it will be to generate greater profits, or it will probably make more guests to come to the restaurant. Quality of service given to the consumer must function to better provide maximum satisfaction, therefore in order to provide services must be done in accordance with the service function. Quality of service provided by each hotel must have a purpose. Waitress or waiters / waitress is a restaurant employee who has task and  responsibilities to serve food and beverage needs propesional for the customer of restaurant. With good communication with customers, a waitress can detect the wants and needs of the customers and immediately make it happen. Therefore, restaurant waiters can serve the needs of eating and drinking the guests well and satisfactorily.
