Abstract

Communication is a process in conveying information in the form of feelings, thoughts, facts, ideas, and opinions to others important for the existence of a feedback relationship and to achieve success in goals. The purpose of this Final Project research is to find out and compare the theory and reality of how the "Communication System in Improving Employee Performance at PT Mitsi Citra Mandiri Medan". The subject of this study was PT Mitsi Citra Mandiri Medan. The type of data used in this study is Qualitative data because the author wants to explain the phenomenon by collecting data in detail and clearly, with primary data sources because the author wants to develop data for the completeness of the study by taking data directly, the data collection techniques used by the author are observation, literature studies, and questionnaires. From the results of research conducted by the author at PT Mitsi Citra Mandiri Medan, the employee communication system plays an important role and greatly affects performance, where good communication between employees can improve employee performance in the company so that performance runs cooperatively, kolabotif, effectively, and efficiently. Thus, the communication system becomes the most important part in improving employee performance.
