Companies today must be able to establish the right strategy in promoting each of their products, in order to survive in the increasingly fierce market competition. The same applies to the company PT. Astra International Tbk-Isuzu Medan. A good promotion and sales strategy is a good tool to keep a company ahead of its competitors. The purpose of this study was to evaluate whether the promotion and sales strategies applied by PT. Astra International Tbk-Isuzu Medan is able to achieve the set targets and compete with other companies. Promotion and sales strategies at PT. Astra International Tbk-Isuzu Medan should be further enhanced through an advertising strategy so as to increase the number of customers and retain existing customers.
