All human activities start with the philosophical basis of their implementation, in terms of basic learning the implementation cannot be separated from the philosophy of education which is a guide in designing learning activities, in order to meet the expectations set in the intended learning objectives. Educational problems are the main problems that must be answered by educators, both teachers and lecturers. The success of learning is closely related to the philosophy of education which is the basis for implementing learning practices in every level of education. The learning process is carried out well, if the basis for its implementation also accommodates all the rules in the form of components and concepts of implementing learning. Learning that is carried out with reference to a good basis will produce strategies for teachers and lecturers, so that the learning outcomes will create character and moral human beings, where humans who have received learning become individuals who are devoted to God and are responsible. In the learning process, the philosophy of education lays down the method of achieving the learning objectives itself so that both the standard of competence and the basic competence of an education can be achieved depending on the approaches and methods applied by teachers and lecturers, based on the philosophy adopted by an educational unit. The success and achievement of learning objectives is largely determined by the philosophy of education. Based on the views above, the Philosophy of Education must be placed in proportion as the basis for determining educational policies, so that the direction, goals and objectives of learning can be achieved.
